Additional Information

    • Mobile bar trailer will be decorated to match the color/theme of the event with the approval of the customer at no additional charge

    • Additional decor can be rented upon request. Decor will be provided prior to the start of the event and will be picked up when services have ended. They would be the final clean up items to help avoid disrupting your event

    • All packages can be adjusted to a mocktail or non-alcoholic option upon request

    • Additional bartenders can be added to any package for an add-on cost based off of package and customers needs

    • If tip jar is not approved, an additional 10% will be added to package price for gratuity

  • A mileage fee of $2/mile for any travel that exceeds 60 miles

  • A 20% deposit must  be paid to secure your date. The remaining balance will be paid one month prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

    • In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, a 60 day notification is required for full refund of deposit and any prior payments 

    • If noticed is provided after 60 day deadline, 20% deposit will be retained by Bourbon & Bubbles but any additional payments will be returned

    • If rescheduling is requested after the 60 day deadline and the new date is available, a $50 change of date fee will be added
